WV SAR Exercise

The WV SAR Exercise is this Friday and Saturday October 23 & 24.
Location: North Bend State Park, Coakley Campground
Directions: Take Rt 16 off US Rt 50 towards Harrisville. Coakley Campground is on the right before you get to the park. Signage will be in place as you near the campground
Expected weather: (as of 10/20/15) Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60’s and a low around 42.
Camping will be available.
We need all the searchers we can get. We will also need folks to help with registration.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND! I can email you a registration form that you can fill out and bring with you. This will save you time at registration.

1800-2000 COMMS check & informational meeting

October 24th 2015
0600-645 Breakfast Exercise Site
0700-730 Safety Brief Exercise Site
0730-0830 Actor’s instruction and delivery to role play sites.
0730-0830 PLAYERS Scenario brief, equipment check
0900 Start of Exercise “STARTEX” Exercise Site
1100-1300 LUNCH (will happen during exercise play)
1500 End of Exercise
1500-1630 HOT WASH / AAR Exercise Site
1800 Dismissal and Camp Tear Down Exercise Site
