May 13, 2011The following report has been filled with DHS
Situation returning to normal.
2 basements with 2 feet of water
2 farm equipment trailers washed away
Several fields and yards with mowers, atvs and equipment flooded
One small truck possibly damaged
Several hay fields flattened, many have debris
One 2 inch gas line busted in a creek crossing, Gas has been shut off
No other known utility losses
Reports of missing pets and possibly 1 or 2 missing cows and horses
Most damage in the Little Sancho area.
Locals reported a “wall of water” coming down valley
One private culvert washed out blocking access to two dwellings.
Back roads have debris, all now open
Assessment done by OEM director, County Commissioner and CERT volunteer
