The school cross country event is set to start at 4:30 Thursday the 15th at Tyler Consolidated. We need 8 volunteers to help with communications. Because of the time it takes to get positioned in the woods we need to be in the parking lot before 4:00. This event only has two races, so we will be out of the woods before dark. Any help would be appreciated.

The Boy Scout event will start at 8 am this Saturday the 17th. We have been asked again to bring our canine to this event. They were a big hit last! We will also need additional volunteers to help out with other chores.

Please remember the WV SAR Exercise coming up October 23rd and 24th at North Bend State Park. We need your help! We are planning activities for the canine. We will need volunteers to help with logistics and registration. Camping is available and meals will be provided Saturday. The WV National Guard will be participating. They plan to bring at least one of their Lakota helicopter! The WV State Police Dive Team has asked to participate.
