We are getting ready to have a “Search and Rescue for First Responders” class. The 8 hour class will be held in two 4 hour evening sessions at our office in Middlebourne. The dates will be May 19 and 20 starting at 5:30 pm. This will be an excellent class for our new members, first responders, as well as a good refresher for experienced team members. This class carries 8 hours of law enforcement credit.
Because of funding, we need at least 20 students for this class. We started giving this class at the request of Homeland Security and it is the seventh time we’ve presented it around the state.
