SAR Training Went Well

May 3, 2011Our OEM/SAR/CERT meeting is this Thursday night at 7pm in the OEM office. Lue Ann’s bringing strawberry pies.
Tyler County Amateur Radio Org. meeting is May 10.
Rope/knot training is at Mountwood Park Wed. May 11 at 6:30pm
Fire Extinguisher training at Wood County Health Dept. Thursday May 12 at 6pm
Tech II filed evaluations are locked in for Saturday May 14 at Camp Copperhead starting at 7:30am.We need all available FUNSAR students to try the evaluation. This is an opportunity to participate in a very expensive field event at no cost to the individuals.
WV DHS training in Cacapon State Park May 17 and 18. All costs including food, travel and lodging are reimbursable.
Public Safety Expo in Parkersburg May 21. They have asked me to bring K9, equine and the ground team to exhibit what we do. I need help!
Our May SAR training will be held Sunday afternoon, May 22 at 2pm. We’ll train at Camp Copperhead.
