Byers at New Martinsville PD asking for help locating a missing person. 32 year old male Missing since Wednesday, May 4th; Vehicle found in the New Martinsville, WV on Hydro Drive near the Hannibal Locks and Dam; Staging area will be setup at north end of Hydro Drive in the picnic area north of the dam behind Captain Richards Buffet (old Po Boy restaurant); Call Tom Cooper at home if you can respond. 304-337-9366. Call cell phone after 8am 304-771-3674. NWS predicts: Today: Isolated showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 67. Southwest wind between 6 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
