Self Defense Training

The self defense class is on! The training is free. The class will be held  Sunday afternoon, Janurary 15th in Sistersville. The class will start at 2pm and last around 4 hours. Grandmaster Paul A.Snider (10th degree black belt) will be the lead instructor. Check him out at http://wvfaa.20megsfree.com . The address is 710 Wells Street, Sistersville.

Here is how you get there: Coming north on Rt 2 turn left at the only red light in Sistersville. Go south on Wells Street for a block and a half. The training will be in the big building on your right. Coming south on Rt 2 go straight through the only red light in Sistersville. Go south on Wells Street for a block and a half. The training will be in the big building on your right. There is a martial arts sign hanging by the entrance.

This training was a big hit in March. Everyone had a fun time.
