I’m very sad to tell you that Charles “Toby” Lemmon passed away August 13, 2015. Toby, a canine handler, has trained and responded with us for many years.
Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2015, at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311). Marshall County Volunteer Fire Departments will conduct services at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2015, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, with Rev. Dennis Schuelkens, Jr. as celebrant. Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens, Sherrard, WV.
