Dave Byers

Several of you have been asking about Dave Byers. I just wanted to give you all an update.

Dave has been having health issues since early summer. It took several weeks before the doctors could figure out what was wrong and how to treat the problem. They have determined that he is suffering from CIDP, Chronic inflammatory polyneuropathy. It involves nerve swelling and irritation (inflammation) that leads to a loss of strength or sensation. Symptoms: Difficulty walking due to weakness.

Dave is currently in New Martinsville Care and Rehabilitation located across from Wal-Mart. He is going through physical therapy in the mornings.  He can be reached in the afternoons on his cellphone at 304-904-8970. His mailing address is 112 East Madison Street, Paden City, WV 26159. He currently can’t get email.

Dave and the doctors are hoping for a full recovery, but this will take time. He would appreciate your calls, visits, messages and prayers.
